Usage Instructions

• Daytox: Upon rising drink your brew every morning as near to waking for the duration of your teatox. Use a medium sized cup of warm but not boiling water and allow one bag to brew for 2-3 minutes, depending on sensitivity and tolerance. If you do not find this is sufficient, you may brew for a longer time.


• Sleeptox: Drink the brew every other night a few hours before going to sleep for the duration of your teatox. Use a medium sized cup of warm but not boiling water and allow one bag to brew for 2-3 minutes, depending on sensitivity and tolerance. If you do not find this is sufficient, you may brew for a longer time.

*Weight loss is only achieved through a combination of diet and exercise. These products may serve as support for these efforts.

*We recommend after the first 14 days to give your body a break of 1 week before continuing with your teatox.
