Feeling tired recently?

If you are have been feeling tired and its effecting your daily routine, or limiting the changes you want to make in your life such as beginning regular exercise then maybe its time to do something about it. Many of us may suffer from tiredness and it is a very common complaint, and sometimes requires medical attention, but we would of course first suggest trying to remedy it in a natural way, perhaps by changing lifestyle options.

Anxiety is a key problem in sleep, often leading us to have sleepless nights if we have a lot on our minds. The best remedy for anxiety would be to try and clear your head of such problems before you go to sleep. Devise a plan to sort out the problems, understand what you need to do to fix them, and control them. I can’t tell you how to solve your problems, that’s far beyond me and the scope of this blog, but we know that anxiety is a sleep killer.

If you are experiencing sleeping difficulties that you don’t feel are related to any particular issue, you may want to consult your GP. You may be experiencing insomnia, which is one of the more common causes of sleep loss even in its milder forms.

Lifestyle Choices

Your lifestyle can affect how your sleeping works, what you eat and how much exercise you get can greatly affect your sleeping abilities. Try not to eat many high energy foods on a night time, as this is giving you energy at the wrong time!


If your having sleeping troubles often, caffeine may be the culprit. Try cutting down on your daily caffeine intake, even caffeine in the morning can hinder your sleeping at night, so any caffeine you can cut down on will make it better.
